Sheet Metal Fabrication

We specialize in heavy industrial sheet metal fabrication with thickness capabilities from 3 mm up to 150 mm, using materials such as Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel 304 & 316, and low alloy steels. All fabrication and welding activities are carried out in accordance with ASME and AWS standards, supported by approved WPS and PQR. Comprehensive non-destructive testing, including UT, LPT, MPT, and RT, is performed to ensure weld integrity, structural reliability, and compliance with stringent industrial requirements.

CNC Cutting

Our facility is equipped with two CNC gas and plasma cutting machines designed to support heavy industrial fabrication in accordance with ASME and AWS requirements. One machine accommodates plates up to 2.5 m × 6 m, while the other handles plates up to 3 m × 13 m. CNC gas cutting is available for plate thicknesses up to 300 mm, and plasma cutting up to 50 mm, ensuring precise edge preparation and accurate profiling for downstream fabrication and welding activities.

Rolling and pressing

In addition to cutting and fabrication, our facility is equipped with rolling machine and hydraulic press machines with a pressing capacity of up to 600 MT. These machines enable accurate forming, bending, and rolling of heavy plates in line with ASME and AWS fabrication requirements, supporting the manufacture of complex and heavy-duty. Industrial components with consistent dimensional accuracy.

Drilling and lathe operation

Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty conventional lathe machines maintained and operated in accordance with established quality management procedures. These machines are designed for precision machining of long and large-diameter components and are suitable for continuous industrial operation.

The lathes are capable of performing turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, and repair operations with consistent dimensional accuracy and surface finish. They support machining of various materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. All machining activities are carried out by trained operators following documented work instructions and safety procedures. Regular preventive maintenance, calibration of measuring instruments, and process monitoring are implemented to ensure equipment reliability, product conformity, and compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
